Okay I completed my cheese, it was still a little soft when i removed it from the press, so it cracked. I did smoosh it together, but it still looks funny. The taste is outta this world, and if I don't stop nibbling on it, there won't be any to share. It's been salted and rewrapped and is now hanging out in the fridge. YUMMMY!
It's falafel night here tonight. Complete with pita, hummus, salad, cuke sauce, and feta. DH will be excited.
