Garlic Jelly

Well its made and I am done. The house smells amazingly garlicky. I made a whopping 14 jars of this amber delight. YUM, I saved a little for us to have this weekend on some crackers with cheese. I found several ideas for cooking with garlic jelly and hope to try some of them soon.

And now the sad news.. Zach has taken over the computer and I am now competing for some darn computer time. Darn little stinker!
