Chicken Piccata Anyone?

I am quite sure I have already posted this recipe, somewhere? I can't find the link, but tonight is chicken piccata night..yummy...
Poor Gene has to work in Junction City today, so he won't be home til later. And I am quite sure he will be crabby when he returns so its a good night to make something special.
He did a very nice job on the bathroom. I even let him pick out a color too!
Its sorta like a very creamy coffe color. Here are the pics, he did a good job with the tile too.
